DROPPEDBIT // OPERATOR DESK
Support
If something goes wrong, email the operator and include enough context to locate your session without sharing private access links publicly.
Purchase or invitation missing
For a new paid run, check spam and promotions folders for mail from noreply@droppedbit.com. If you purchased with the same email used for a demo, the latest demo is upgraded in place and no second opening invitation is sent; sign in at the Player Dashboard to continue it.
If access is still missing after 15 minutes, include the email used at checkout, approximate purchase time, and Stripe receipt or checkout-session identifier.
Dashboard or sign-in help
Use the email address attached to your demo or purchase at the Player Dashboard. The sign-in link expires after 15 minutes; request a fresh link if needed.
Game access
Demo sessions are active for 30 days from creation. A complete-game purchase starts a fresh 30-day access window from purchase; same-email upgrades preserve the demo's progress. For help, include the affected page or puzzle name, approximate time, browser and device, and a short description of what happened. Do not send a private game or completion link.
Weekly puzzle access
The current Weekly Puzzle is free and does not require sign-in. Its guest attempt and completion position are remembered by a cookie scoped to that issue, so use the same browser to reopen the completion screen. Clearing cookies or changing browsers starts a separate guest attempt. Ranked submissions stop when the published weekly window closes.
Completion and leaderboard
Completed games keep their private completion page indefinitely, including after the 30-day play window ends. Sign in to the dashboard and choose View Completion to return to it.
Use View Completion on the dashboard to reopen a finished run. Completed runs remain private unless you publish them. To publish, update, or unpublish a score, sign in and use Manage Leaderboard Entry from the Leaderboard.
Technical defects and bug reports
If you encounter a genuine platform defect—such as an unexpected server error, broken purchase processing, or an interface issue that prevents interaction or overflows on mobile screens—email support@droppedbit.com.
To help investigate, include: - A clear description of the unexpected technical behavior - The affected page URL or view name (never share private route tokens or completion links) - Your device, operating system, and browser version - The approximate timestamp of the incident
Support investigates platform availability, billing, and technical delivery defects. In-game puzzle mechanisms, unusual media files, network captures, and cryptic transmissions are intentional challenge artifacts; operator support does not confirm theories, verify intermediate findings, or provide puzzle hints.
Privacy or data request
Email support@droppedbit.com from the address connected to your account for access, correction, deletion, or leaderboard-removal requests. Weekly guest attempts are not connected to an email address, so include the issue name and approximate completion time when asking about one. Never include payment-card details.
